not sure if it helps but may be worth checkin out the official 'black' car pics thread from the pics forum - there are about 18+ pages of black E9* pics with a whole variety of rims fitted

may provoke a few ideas!!

PS: Check out my 225's - plenty of pics in my garage (link to the left) - I love em but they are a pain to clean - quite similar to the 18" MV2 alloys on the missus's E46 Compact (also features in my garage pics).

225's nice but do look a pain to clean,:mad: and having seen them in the flesh the 230's look better and are very easy to clean. I did see an m sport the other day with 230's. (Not a factory fit option on m sport models).
Still i am waiting for the run flats to wear and then i am changing to m6 reps with normal tires.

there is a brand new set on ebay for £1800 c/w tyres - not sure if thats a good price or not??
