They might care when the media gets a copy of the papers files and they are asked by the local media why they sold a rolling waterfall. They all will care when my day in court comes To anyone thinking of buying anything from Rick Hendricks or BMW, have it checked first and if you are buying a convertible.... test drive it through a TCW |

On a side note, I was at that same car wash in the video today and watched a Cadillac XLR-V go through the TCW.
I talked to the owner of the car, not a drop inside Saw a 06 vert vett go through it last week to, no drips either |

I just ran my '09 E93 through a regular soft-touch car wash today for the first time and not a single drop anywhere. I'll be trying a touchless next time.

We do have a couple places around here that just have the steel rails with no protection and I won't take it through those. |

BTW, I would never take my car through a car wash so would never know if it would leak. I would use a high pressure wand wash if it had salt or the like on it. Still want to know what happens any jury should side with you.

Most TCW do not have that much pressure with the water, mine just leaks like a MF, I cant even drive it in the rain without getting wet.

Took delivery of my e93 a couple of weeks ago... ran it through the touchless and it looks just like the OP's video (solid stream of water). Was able to make it leak tonight just by simply directing a normal water hose at the joint between the A pillar and the top. Guess I'll take it to the dealer and hope for a better outcome than the OP. Wish me luck!
