ED in Winter question.
Has anyone done ED in the winter and had sports package on their car? Does BMW provide you with All Season tires or just the OEM stuff.

But no, it's whatever OEM tires that come with the SP (ie. performance tires). One ED veteran even recommends carrying snow chains with you, if you plan to hit the mountains.

I've asked this question from my dealer since I'm taking delivery soon. I was told that BMW delivers car with summer tires (not winter tires) nor all season tires. If you are caught driving summer tires during winter season in Switzerland you will be fined for every incorret tire (x4). I guess it's your safety that should come first.
