Pulsing tire noise at low speeds...any ideas?

I tried recording the sound but it doesn't come through clearly. It's an intermittent tire noise every turn of the wheel and only noticeable at low speeds around 25-30 mph. Any ideas?

Garage List
We had a similar noise with our original 2011 (run-flat) tires. Never knew what it was. I just installed new non run-flats, sound gone! Ride is much smoother too... Could be that donut inside (if you have run-flats). JMO

Could it be gear noise? Rear diff, most likely? Mine makes noise until it's warmed up... Sounds a bit like zoidberg in 1st/2nd gear
