2011 335d with 112K miles

So this past weekend I just got done replacing my Glow Plug Module. I cleared the code out and fired her up and now I have the DPF Tank code 46F9. I did a bit of searching and found this fix:

Instead of paying a fortune to get a new/rebuilt tank I plan to do that one if you think it will work. It seems everyone that I could find that had that code also had another code with it. I have just the one so I am not sure if my issue is the same and if this fix will work.

And for the big question will doing a delete and getting a tune fix this issue. I am not sure if this is part of the system that gets deleted when you do one.

Not sure what the mileage on your car is, but this may be a problem covered by the SCR tank 10 year/120,000 mile extended warranty.
