Quick question: Would I be able to drive without this intake cover?

I am going to be going maybe a few days at most without this thing. I know it isn't going to be a huge thing, but will I be okay removing it completely for a few days?

IT IS THE THING WITH THE BIG ER DECAL ON IT.

I had that part off drove my car for a little bit (like 3 min lol) and nothing happened lol but I am not sure what would happen if you take it off for a long time.

It would make sense that it would not do much. I would imagine maybe lower MPG or something at most. Only a little.
