Do any of you guys have upgraded angel eyes for those with the early model e90 with the ugly yellow rings? My dad has a 2011 328xi loaner from the dealer and I was shocked at how awesome the new ones looked. I really want to upgrade my ugly yellow ones now. Any suggestions? I was thinking about the BMS ones for 100 bucks (simple)...will they look similar to the 2011?

BMS aren't bad. I have a buddy who had them.

LUX are gorgeous. I have HID angel eyes and They are stupid bright and I love them!

BMW Roadside is sending a flat bed free of charge. Towne is out of loaners short notice so they are setting me up with a Hertz rent a car.

Regarding the wheel situation, I'm mounting the tires on these damaged wheels.

I'm putting the wheels on the car then loading the car on a flat bed to go to the dealership.

Zoeb@WheelDude.com is sending me out another set of personally inspected LC818's in smoked chrome along with return shipping labels.

When they arrive, I'll switch tires and send him back the damaged set.

Chrome just isn't my thing!!!

For some reason I don't like chrome on euro cars especially German ones for that matter!

Interesting, I figured they would be a little darker. I was going to say I thought a contrasty finish(a silver something) would look good on a darker color like Monaco, Montego and LeMans but they are considerably brighter than I expected. I do like them(not so much a dark or black wheel fan in a lot of cases) - curious to what they look like in stance with tires as well.

From the limited pics we have seen so far, they are kinda cool.

The pictures I've seen I though they were darker too...

Monaco is so dark it is regularly mistaken for black depending on the light, much darker than Montego and LMB.

I originally wanted silver to contrast nice and match the trim but they were super back ordered. I got a deal on smoked chrome and decided to pull the trigger. I HATE black wheels of any kind or style. So I refused to get those lol. I'm just going to wait until tomorrow and see how it all looks as it should. I'll take pictures and post them...

We finally had a nice day today in WNY ... 70-75*F, sunny. I was out cruising with all windows down and the sunroof open, felt soo good. First time I've been able to comfortably do it with my E92!! (delivered in March). Radio turned off, the exhaust is much better.
