fried modules ?footwell or jbe or csa or combination

hello and thanks for any input,

Tonight I forgot my brain when I went to work on upgrading my CCC to a CIC system. Everything was simple until I got to de-pinning the screen wires from the connector.I idiotically did not disconnect the battery I depinned the red and yellow wire and the brown wire .....they touched...sparks appeared. The wipers instantly started to work non stop.i pulled the wiper relay out to stop them.i then realized the door lock actuators were activating every 30 seconds.
my cluster is dead(the fuse isn't burnt....) the fob no longer works the lights function only on low beams and fogs lights but no turn signals or high beams....rear windows don't work but the front do,sunroof works....The car starts but cranks nearly 6-8 times before it fires up....

I feel really dumb right now...self hate is an understatement.
where do I start?do I change the jbe box and does it require coding and if so with what software...

Footwell module?CAS? this is not going to be easy!

I appreciate all help and guidance!

Laziness doesn't necessarily kill you but its guaranteed to torture you!
