Hello! I have a BMW E90 2011 and i am trying to get diagnostics from my own laptop. I bought a K+DCAN USB interface and installed the program (ISTA) offered by seller. Followed all the steps in his guide but i have a problem... It requires me to enter the VIN and after entering i get a bunch of errors (picture attached).Now im sure that i installed the program correctly because i contacted the seller and he reinstalled it on my pc using AnyDesk. Now my questions are: Is there something wrong with my car? Is there something wrong with the cable? Is there something wrong with my pc? Is Windows 11 the problem? Maybe FireWall?
