I'm running 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 in the rears. The 235s fit flush on my M135 8" width wheels, no problem there. The 265s in the rear only have like less than a finger width from rubbing on the fender wall.

Don't try searching for pre-filtered tire sizes, there's a pretty big deviance for what you can run on your wheels.

Thats good to know, I saw those sizes... But was worried about the 265s being too wide. I ended up getting 4 8.5"s so will be able to run 245 or 265 which ever I choose, all the way around.

Yep! Basically, the day before I went out, the guy who runs the shop that built up my car put the roll of tape in my hand and warned me that after all the work he did to set up the car that if I didn't tape it up and protect it before I went out, he'd refuse to talk to me. So, yeah, when your mechanic tells you what to do... you do it.

That is our buddy Patrick Lindsey in his S4. I don't think the 335i had any chance against that car!

Yeah..I have known Pat since 1999 I think...when he first got his first S4. Glad to see him from time to time..even though he spends a lot of time in NY.

That is not Patrick driving...it is Eric..his friend...Patrick was driving later..just not in the session where this pic was taken.

Here's some pics of our October 4th Track day at "Talladega Gran-Prix". A tight 1.4 mile road course built primarily for Bikes, so there's good run off at all the turns.
I was really surprised at how well the e93 felt around the track with only stock sport suspension, run flat tires and JBS2...

The official Track Tower at the Start/Finish line built by a company that makes Silos, is three stories high with a nice 360 degree view of the track & 4,000 sq.ft. of air conditioned space!

These last two pics taken from the top floor of the Silo...Here's an In-Car Video taken from this track earlier this year chasing a modified C6 Vette.
It's in my G35 (don't have a camera mount for the e93 yet) but you can get an idea of the track layout:

Just out of curiousity, what group/club did you run with and what did it cost? I've run at Road Atlanta and Roebling Road and would like to try this track some time.
