I just bought my CPO a few days ago. The asking price was $25K and all the auto research/pricing websites were saying anything from $25.5K - $26.5K with the same feature and mileage (40,600 miles on mine).
The price I bought it for ended up being $22.5K after leaving the dealership and telling the salesman to call me back when they are ready negotiate further. Do your homework first and make sure you know what the price of the car will be at each monthly payment amount and the length of the term. When they negotiate with you, it is almost always in terms of monthly payment. I don't think start at $25K for the car you want is unreasonable, jut work your way up, it doesn't hurt to try. If you can't get the price you want, then have them throw in some bells and whistles. Goodluck with you shopping. This is the 2011 CPO BMW 328i that I got: |
