New Wheel/Tyre Setup. Will it fit?

I'm looking to get some new wheels and tyres this week and I just wanted to check that they're going to fit okay before I pull the trigger. I've tried to do a bit of reading but there seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there! From what I've read I think I've got the a suitable setup but I'm looking for feedback from other on here who will know a lot more than me! Here goes...

Current setup:

E92 pre-LCI.
Style 193. 18" 8/8.5J ET 34/37
Tyres are OEM spec 225/40/18 and 255/35/18
I've got a 15mm spacer on the rear with nothing up front.
Lowered on Bilstein B12s PSS. Decent drop on the front, probably 25mm I would say. The rear is about standard height. No issues obviously.

I'm looking at:

Rotiform. 19" 8.5/10J ET35/40
Tyres would be 235/35/19 and 265/30/19.
Ride height would be lowered slightly at the rear (maybe 5mm) and raised ever so slightly at the front (again, maybe 5mm as I catch the front quite often)

Should that setup be okay? My understanding is that the tyres are at about the minimum size for those sized wheels and should be a very minor stretch compared to OEM sizes? Is anyone else running a similar setup without issues? Should I expect any issues with rubbing? Any other issues anyone can foresee?

You should be able to run that setup with ease.

I have an E90 which is slightly more accommodating I believe and I run the same wheel and tyre size except a slightly more aggressive offset +32/+35.

On the rear I could probably run a 12mm spacer as well with no issues.

If anything they'll be tight to the inside of the arches not the outside, but should be fine.

So perhaps get the rears in ET35 or pick up a set of shims then? I have a few sets of hubcentric spacers I could try when I get them, 12mm is the thinnest I have, I was concerned that they might cause the outside to rub.

You might want spacers to make them sit more flush with the arches but your wheels will sit entirely inside mine so you'll be fine.
