Most happy customers don't post positive reviews.

The fact that you are not seeing any reviews (good or bad) is actually great news.

As mentioned earlier, the talk on CTS calmed down because they keep running out of stock.

I actually ended up selling these turbos to my friend here in town because after we measured the turbos compressor wheels, we realized they were actually a 16T sized compressor wheel. they came in at 43.38 / 56.01. We did not measure turbine wheels, but my car previously had Pure600's on it. We measured the Pure600 compressor wheels and they were 43.4 / 57.02.

After discussing with the shop that is doing the install on my car, we thought it would be a waste of time to install the CTS chargers as they really diddnt appear to offer a substantially larger wheel. cant comment on the turbine side. the housing on the cts turbo did look bigger, and the manifold too. However, I talked to Turbo Parts Canada about their new offering [which was a 9 blade G-series geometry 19t, 46/58mm comp wheel] and they told me about their larger A/R Turbine housing, ported compressor outlet, and ported wastegate outlet. CTS had horrendus customer service, refused to answer phone, and would not answer any emails i had about the product. Mike at XPH did nothing wrong, but i personally have zero desire to work with CTS after they wouldnt even answer a single question i prompted them on the product.

Turbo parts canada did a fantastic job of talking about the turbos, sizes, and the engineering they did behind the scene. I will create a new thread in regards to those turbos next. I also have an unboxing video of them.

Mike, as stated you did absolutely nothing wrong and you had nothing to do with CTS's wrongdoings. my engagement and communication with CTS was not anything you could have fixed. I will continue to use you for parts and referrals!

FYI, my CTS's are being installed on a local car here.

Here is the unboxing of my TPC 19T's

Here is the unboxing of my TPC 19T's

Those turbos look spicy. Definitely seem to have a good find there. I'm currently on DAW 17t's for about a year. FWIW my previous owner had them in a box brand new. I can't really complain, they are pretty strong but these TPC's seem backed by a real brick and mortar business. If I have to replace these I would definitely consider RB turbos or a business like TPC . Thanks for sharing and please continue to update us on your progress and findings. Things looking great so far.

Those CTS turbos have been out for a long time. Aside from "wow, they look cool"......has anyone done any back to back comparisons with them comparing them to other 17t or 19t turbos?

At this point the only factual thing I've heard about them is that their customer service is pretty much non-existent......and some measurements on them.

Other than that....it's just a bunch of people commenting on how they look......which means nothing.

Well, if youre gonna be seeing them shortly after install, it hurts less if they are attractive

Hundreds of these kits have been sold, and so far, I'm aware of no complaints or bad reviews.
This is a sign that the turbos are making the advertised power and are reliable.

...... haven't really seen any good reviews either.....none. no reviews at all.

At this point....it's kind of odd if you ask me. They were advertised like crazy when they first were released, I saw multiple guys posting on FB groups and other forums that they bought a set and we're going to test them and do reviews............and then nothing.

Who knows.....they might be fantastic turbos, I just through it was really weird how there was such a huge push of advertising and excitement when they first came out, and then crickets......

Old thread but wanted to comment as I've been looking into the CTS kit for myself.

I've done business in the past with mike@x-ph.com and can vouch the customer service I received was great.
