Hey all. My secondary air system is making a funny noise all the time, not just at startup. Sort of sounds like a turbine spooling up (not very loud but noticeable). Pump is new, valve works, hoses checked, carbon buildup cleared, new fuses. Could it be the relay? Would the relay cause the pump not to turn on and the air coming in is manually "spooling it" causing that weird sound or am I completely wrong? Thank you so much in advance

I should add that I am getting a p0492 insufficient flow bank 2 code. Thanks again!
