Installing the Lux H8 180...
Guys, how the hell are you supposed to install this big ass H8 light with its massive heatsink and brick of a capacitor?
My 2010 E90 335i is LCI with the caps on the back that are accessed from the top of the car/engine bay. Thanks

I got it installed finally. First you put the bulb in, then slide the rest of the components in. Knowing how to screw the bulb in helps too.
Now that it's installed, I'm noticing one side is brighter than the other...Anyone have experience like this with the H8 180?

Yup, put bulb in first and then drop the rest in the housing. Make sure the resistors aren't sitting on some wiring just to be on the safe side as they do get hot. 3 years on my LUX and never once had an issue, they're expensive but worth it.
