True Flex-Fuel setup for N52? (Not just fixed E-whatever)

Has anyone seen Flex-Fuel (real Flex, not just only certain mix percentage) for N52? I don't want "Just E-85" The real Ethanol fuel at pump can vary from 50% to 88%.
I like the smell of it and it runs well in summer heat, even more power in winter, and I don't give a crap about MPG. With real Flex-Fuel I can put in 91-93 gas anytime.

These people selling, are they legit?

unsure if it's an issue for FI applications only or not, but I know if I want to run full e85, I need s65 injectors. I know Bob or BPC had said creating a custom table for the fuel ratios would take loads of time and was not feasible. I have not heard of these guys, so I cannot say for certain if this is legit.

900 bucks for 16HP according to the ad. I wonder if this could run on the N51 heh.

Get the N52 block for extra compression, you need compression to make power out of Ethanol

Piston design is what changes the compression on the N51.

Bumping an old thread and have a few questions.

I'm moving to an area where I am going to have an e85 station right by me. I'm wondering if anyone has installed this kit that was mentioned in the first post. https://www.advancedfueldynamics.com...w-e9x-328i-n52

I have stage FP tune with headers and 3 stage going on soon.
I'm not looking to gain maximum horsepower I just like how cars drive with e85 in them. I come from an Audi where I was running an e40 tune daily. Would be awesome not to have to mix fuel so I would be installing s65 injectors. Anyone with any experience running this kit?

Thanks!

you're just going to use way more fuel for no purpose. plus the cost of everything you need to make E85 work correctly. unless you're boosted, there's no point.

Yeah I get your point, I would look into the ess kit but not sure I want to boost a 110,000 mile engine.

110K on an N52, it's just "broken-in" take care of it, and you got another 300K good miles left in it. Maybe more. The rest of the car will fall apart before the motor dies.

Don't let the miles scare you away from boost, but common sense should tell you to keep the boost moderate.

That's what I keep hearing about the n52 motor! I come from a long past of boosted cars and sounds like I'll be looking into the kit for this car. I already have stage fp tune and sounds like they're working on some nice upgrades for the ess kit

The motiv reflex adds this capability somehow to N54's but I'm not quite sure how it works. Maybe it could be made to work with an n52 also?

Agreed, not worth it unless boosted. I wouldn't worry about the miles. The n52 is a tough cookie.

A boosted n52 on e85 would be badass
