265 square on lowered E92 fit

Finally I had time to fit my new wheels.
My car is lowered on KW ckubsport with 2.8 negative camber in front. I bought Forgestar F14 18x9 square with 265x35 dunlup direzza 03G. ET35 in the rear, ET23 in the front. ET25 would fit as well. had minor rubbing in the fron, just some plastic, which was gone fast, now no rubbing.
full lock steering is not possible any more, as whhels will rub with full lock. people with VK oilcooler have to be carefull. the tire was touching the metal cooling vins when cornering. You have to flatten the vins a bit. I will make some changes to the bracket and the inner wheelwell.

ET23 front offset on E92 is super agressive no matter what tyre size..

it is... but I tested it on the Ring and no issue at all! don't forget the negative camber I have.

why are you running the lower offsets in the front?

I run the lower offset as I use spacers, and the 12mm center the wheel better as the 10mm.

this picture shows how nice it fits. The turn in of the car is amazing, the front just grips. Tire wear is much lower then before, completely even wear with the 2.8 degrees of negative camber. This is really a nice set-up for the track.

wow et 23/25 ? why did you need to go so far out? Are the wheels et35 without spacers, so minimum required was a 10mm spacer? I just test fitted my 18x9 yesterday at et32 (no spacers was et42). Seemed to barely fit with direzza z1 265s. I think i need to goto et27 with a 15mm spacer just to be sure during hard cornering.

Sweet, can't wait to get an E90 so I can run a setup like this.

Here was my GT with 275's all around on 18x9.5" wheels. Looked almost just like yours in the front with the tire right out to the edge of the fender.

no hassle, as this only happens while parking, so really only close to steering lock. On the track this doesnot happen

For daily drive I will mount 255 streettires which are narrower and have a smaller diameter (as both are 35x18). So I expect no issues at all with the 255 mounted.

the 265 direzza 03G are tracktires and build square and wide. So to get enough strutt clearance (with my KW clubsport, and lowered quite a bit) ET25 is needed. To get this I would need a 10mm spacer as my wheels are ET35. The wheel doesnot center well with a 10mm spacer, so I took a 12mm spacer which is hubcentric.

I know, took a bit longer then expected because of the bad weather. But the waiting was worth it
