E92 starter removal

As I was removing the starter on my 07 328i the bottom bolt head snapped off any ideas on the easiest way to get the rest out? Also what is everyone using to get to the back one? I already removed the one in the back but it wasn't easy.

Hi!
I know and tried loosening the bolts with something like WD-40. It worked and made unscrewing way easier.
As for removing the body of a bolt without a head there is a method I used but I will add a disclaimer at the end. So the method is: chisel and hammer. Put a chisel on each side of the stubborn bolt and hit it (the chisel) with hammer it does loosen it and makes it much easier to remove.
Disclaimer: I have NOT used that method on a car and I would be scared, no point in hiding that.
I am going to call my Pa and see what he can say about it. I will get back to you if I have any other proven methods.

You need an Irwin spline kit.

IRWIN Screw Extractor Set, Hex Head, Multi-Spline, 25-Piece (53227) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002SRG66..._pjSHEbEFQZG31

It's a lifesaver
