saturation is still a bit high, I use vibrance instead to make the colors pop. white balance is also important. my car isn't as purple as Los's

Also, when i open a raw file, it pop up a Camera RAw 6.3 window and it gives me the ability to manipulate the image. Then when I hit opne image, i am then again in PS able to make changes again. Do I want to manipulate it at the Raw level or after its fully openned in PS?

yes, raw editor is a good tool. I usually make my white balance, exposure (usually play with the fill light, blacks, contrast, brightness and clarity) and vibrance adjustments there. Then use full photo shop for indepth stuff that requires masking or filters and such.

That is why I suggested lightroom for you, doubt you'll need the full PS much.
practice using the adjustments yourself instead of just hitting auto all the time. auto never produces a high quality image.

Los is Montego

montego - light blue/purple
lemans - grey-ish blue
deep sea - darker than lemans, lighter than monaco, looks lemans in bright light
interlagos - cobalt-ish looking, not quite purple (that right kyle?)
monaco - almost navy

on Lightroom. It's specifically designed to suit photographers whereas Photoshop can be kind of a catch-all.
