Yup I actually dipped my chrome trim around my car. But your two favorite boys gave me a bunch of crap about it so I stripped it and went vinyl instead lol.

But I sprayed 6 coats. Left it to dry for about 30 mins after each coat. I think it would work fine. But if someone scratches it, it will show or when you clean it you have to be very careful. So I decided against a full dip. I was gonna go white.

lol yea i spray painted my chrome grill matte black... (they didnt like it)... thats how i ended up with your grill lol

Much better idea then dipping your whole car look like shit 95% of the time compared to vinyl which looks 1000 times better. You get what you pay for remember that, and don't forget that when your ready to buy some wheels don't cheap out
