10,000km is my interval, I will be going to Supercheap on the way to the mt macedon cruise to get some 5w40, mines due for an oil change.

Every 10k or so i rekon, some even say as less as 7500 but thats a bit overkill dont listen to your idrive but lol

I'd recommend changing every 5k if running high e85 content, it's known to dilute the oil quicker.
