Hesitation after header install

I went in for a clutch and headers job. Driving back staying under 3500 felt good. However about 20ish minutes later I tried to accelerate and it wouldn't do anything it started to sputter and bog down. Had to pull off and restart car. That helped but around the next corner same thing. Shutdown and restarted. Noticed after shut down my engine fan was spinning.

After restarting again it drove home.fine for another 10 minutes. Haven't driven it yet. When the car had a hard sputter and bog down the service engine light came on for a split second but went away after start up.

Idle seems a little fluctuating. 500-750.

Any ideas?

Fault codes? Maybe the O2 sensors were swapped?
