NYS Inspection

Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I have a question about whether my car will pass inspection in its current state. Like the title says I have BMS DCIs, BMS oil catch can, and I have unplugged the exhaust flap solenoid. Otherwise all stock, no tuning software or other modifications.

No CELs, no smoke, no funny noises. My only two concerns are that the exhaust unplug mod technically registers as a fault in the ECU (the car just doesn't throw a CEL), and the fact that BMS says the catch can is not emissions-legal and is approved for off-road use only.

semi-related are there any inspection places where you can take a heavily modded car? like full bolt on no cats... because that's probably gonna be me next year lmao
