It melted 2 bits of metsl together so its good to go.
but I bent the flange and had to make this. A 32mm plate to stop flange from warping.

Yeah definitely need to bolt a manifold flange down when welding or for sure going to get warpage. Welds look good on that runner though.

^ Agree, They look great!!

Well this morning i just got my baby back from ofhg & oil filter cooler gasket leak. Proud to say shes leak free finally haha

Got it replaced 3 weeks ago and it started leaking again... then the shop went through two new gaskets over the last two weeks, both which started leaking immediately after putting on. These guys have done hundreds of ofhgs so they were shocked, but sorted me out with free labour replacing it 3 more times

So if anyone has the same issue, put the geniune BMW gaskets on. As soon as they swapped for the genuine gasket, no leaks! Guessing it must have been a bad run of aftermarket/victor reinz gaskets

Refitted the MSport Springs
Fitted a new rocker cover gasket
Fitted new seals and couplers on the injectors (should've done this when I fitted the 2nd hand index 11 injectors)
and removed the turbo's

No ST for me gents, not yet anyway, purchased a rebuild kit from mambatek, includes wastegates and upgraded compressor and exhaust wheels, cost about $500AUD

Wasn't up for the cash of an ST build right now, but while it was all apart I thought I might as well do some maintenance on the turbo's as well...

Wasn't too bad getting turbo's off when the engine isn't bolted down so you can make some extra room

Makes sense.... let’s us know how you go with the rebuild kit. Is a good cost effective option
