Also, what about the wiring loom for the speakers / amp - where is that?

individual audio for e91 have different speakers in rear area
two separate speakers in rear doors and two flat speakers in the rear roof

if your car do not have top-hifi or harman-kardon setup(SA677) already, you need to make new wiring or modify hifi wiring
this kit is plug and play upgrade for SA677 option, very simple
and amplifier is 800w of the power instead 400w

I'm having a E81 with SA677. The components should also fit my E81, right? Would it require any coding?

e81 do not have place for central speaker and second pair of rear speakers, (rear door or rear shelf )

Btw the E81 has rear speaker pairs! They are mounted next to the rear shelf.

i do not know what audio system delivered in SE
if you do not have tweeters in front doors trim - you have BASE or Stereo system
if you have tweeters in front doors with black matte dust cap and other door speakers with black matte cone (not speaker grill) - you have HIFI (SA676) system
if you have tweeters in front doors with silver dust cap and other doors speakers with silver cone - you have TOP HIFI (Harman Kardon) (SA677) system
if you have tweeters in front doors with black matte dust cap and other door speakers
with golden silk cone and some of the speakers are coaxial - you have Individual Audio system

if you have BASE system you need following to install this system
trim with grill for central speaker in dashboard
front door trims with grill for tweeters
rear door trim with mount adapters for rear speakers or mount adapters removed from donor trims
9 channel wiring to amplifier
MOST circuit for amplifier

if you have HIFI system you need following to install this system
trim with grill for central speaker in dashboard
grill for central speaker in dashboard
9 channel wiring to amplifier
MOST circuit for amplifier

if you have TOP HIFI or HK system all you need is replace all speakers, amplifier and glue crossovers to front door trims

then E81 do not have mount points for rear door speakers

this amplifier will work with any headunit with MOST bus (any HU except Business Radio) without additional coding if HU already coded for SA677 option
the only difference is that SA677 have two Surround options and SA752 have only one Surround option

Of course an E81 has no rear door speakers, as it doesn't have any rear doors.
But it has 10 speakers (2 subs, 4 mids, 2 tweeters) and the SA677 Amp. So it's missing the center speaker and the 2 coax rear?
I think it should be a plug and play task to fit the SA752 Amplifier in my E81. Maybe some speaker mounts are different, but they should fit with a little adaption minus the 3 speakers.
