Vacuum pump to vacuum reservoir hose clamp?

I wonder if this hose which goes from the vacuum pump to vacuum reservoir in the valve cover is supposed to have a clamp? I’ve looked at the parts diagram, doesn’t look like it does. Mine is kind of loose on the pump’s nipple and try to pull/wiggle the hose, the rubber end is spinning on the plastic nipple. It was also easy to pull off from the nipple. Perhaps if it doesn’t have a clamp, it’s just hardened and doesn’t seal too well anymore.
P.S. or perhaps the rubber piece on the hose is not an original one?

Upd: that hose doesn’t come with clamp and is original. Vacuum was leaking from the boost solenoid.
