335d EGR Cooler functionality of Bypass Flap and codes 4530 4873 4c7c 4d16

2011 335d. 128k miles

I am doing some testing of my EGR Cooler and some problems the car is facing

I have these codes
4530 Charge pressure control, high pressure stage, control deviation, pressure too low
4873 EGR Cooling Plausibility
4c7c DDE Reducing agent metering valve
4d16 SCR Efficiency

I was getting the limp mode reduced engine power warning when going up hill and getting under load, then the warning would go away automatically if I would let off the pedal and not get into the powerband. No limp mode or reduced power warnings if on flat cruising ground.

I believe I have found the issue to 4530 to be the Pressure Converter Valve 11658509323 which made a funny duck sound when vacuum tester was applied to it. Will be replacing both of them and all vacuum lines hoping its the culprit.

I pulled off my EGR Cooler to check for leaks and cracks, found none. the vacuum diaphragm works properly and valve moves. Is air supposed to flow thru the cooler regardless of the position of the valve? I did not notice any change in airflow when moving the valve.

Any other ideas of what problem I am facing here?

In Cali so no hitting potholes

Worry about 4530.. That's the cause of your limp. Do both PC's and the EV valve that's located under them that controls the compressor bypass, along with ALL the vac lines.

If you haven't already check out these vids on testing everything in the vac system.
