I'm having the same problem roughly. I replaced my water pump and thermostat and my fan is always on. My car does not overheat, and I did bleed the system. the codes that come up for the water pump are "reduced power". Any ideas of what it could be? (I don't want to hijack this question but I can't find anything else close)

looking back I guess it turned out to be the sensor for me. I remember most people having issues with the tune causing it. I'm curious if ambient temps have anything to do with it? all winter I never heard my fan run high now it's 95 degrees out and it runs full speed more often.
