09 335i xdrive coupe montego blue 6mt
zsp, cold weather, navi, Comfort Access, Bmw assist = $50,125
negotiated $47,000
12k miles/ 36month lease
$3,991 drive off
$628/month

is this a good deal?
(one final question can a lease car be modded if so when returning the car will i need to retrofit all the mods? ex: light bulbs changes etd small mods. )

$500 over invoice should be doable on a 2009... I don't know why dealers are passing on this right now...

I'm looking to get 24 month lease ... residual of 62% and MF of .00200 ...

I really wanted the mercedes c63 amg.. but the lease MF is just ridiculous from MB

2009 328i Sedan with only Automatic transmission option

MSRP: $35550
Negotiated Price: $33500 ($500 over invoice)
Lease Term: 36 months
Annual Mileage: 12000 per year
Down Payment: $0
Residual: 62%
Money Factor: 0.00181
Total drive off: Bank fee + DMV fee + first month payment = $1500

Monthly Payment: $504 includes tax (or $407 with $2000 down + drive off)

I guess this is what you've been looking for that only comes with automatic option. I personally think it's a fair deal, and for sure I didn't get ripped off! What does everyone think?

About that price increase...I'll be ordering my new car within the next two weeks. I have the old '09 invoice pricing before this increase I keep hearing about. Do you know what the new invoice price is for a 328xi sedan? Did any options or packages increase as well? My dealer also claims the residual went to 59%. Any updated info would be appreciated before I go into negotiations Saturday!

You should be able to get money factor of .00180. That is the January 09 BMW financial services lease program.

Depending on what your trade-in was this could have been good

Just wondering if the negotiated cost of the vehicle is the only number the dealer has room to work with or can they change the money factor or residual to give you a better deal?

Can you give us some more details (money factor, invoice price ect.)? I have an '09 328xi on order with an MSRP of $44050, selling price ($500 over invoice) $41515 and also a 3 year/12k miles lease. My payment is going to be $540 a month with MF of .00145 and residule of 58%. I'd like to know what numbers they did for you to get that much of a lower payment?

The MSRP of the car back when i ordered was $46,000. Invoice price was $42,315.00 and and negotiated price was $42,700. The Residual value was 58% and the MF was .00115. (I ordered it back in December 2008 and these were the dec. 2008 numbers)

I don't know if you've ever used this lease calculator before but it's a great resource: http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm

It tells you the FAIR price within a couple of dollars of what you should be paying for your lease. Great resource to see if your salesperson is being fair or trying to BS you. Are taxes/bank fee, etc. included in your monthly lease rate? If they are, you got a fair deal but if not you should be in the 505-520 range with your numbers.

No, taxes are not included in the numbers I gave you. Price is $ 41515, .00145 MF, and residule 58%. Taxes here are 10%, 36 month lease. I just put these numbers in that lease calculator and get $541 + taxes which is what the dealer told me. I put your numbers in the calculator and also got $540 + taxes. That is why I can't figure out how you get $20 cheaper a month. I'd like to figure this out before I pick my car up.
