How to source a replacement iDrive screen?
Hi, basically I want a brand new iDrive screen to replace the one I've currently got in (it's got all the anti-glare wiped off, so it looks shit in the sun, and it has scratches and has some kind of pixel issue in the top left - see pictures for the last one)
Anyone know the best way to sort a new one out? I don't want pre-owned, as I want an absolute pristine, new screen with no damage whatsoever. The damage my current screen bugs me and is almost sucking any enjoyment I can get out of the car It doesn't help that I have an OCD for this sort of thing. Here are pics of the weird pixel (I think?) issue. There's basically like, blackness coming from the top of the screen, in the top leftish of the screen. I've tried to clean it off, etc, and it's definitely internal. Any ideas? |

It's a 13 plate car so the original warranty is out, but I do have a year's warranty from the dealer I bought it from (not BMW) do you reckon it's worth trying through that? I really doubt it covers this sort of thing.
