No more BMW Driver training
I hear the last BMW driver training session was held at Phillip island few weeks back. The MD of BMW was there. Mate of mine attended and MD told the participants during his welcome speech this was last session due to GFC.
If you go to driver training online no courses show up anymore. http://www.bmw.com.au/faces/driverTr...on.jsp?course= |

Wow - I was told that driver training was no longer part of the EPP corporate program but I didn't realise they were getting rid of it all together.

Well the prices quoted were expensive, so I figured most people doing the course would be on some kind of corporate program. At least the use of a car is included in the price, so it had that going for it.

Got the last spot
I luckily got the last spot on the Advanced I course on 17th Nov at Eastern Creek. Apparently this is the last event in Australia as they are winding up the programme in Australia. Was hoping to do Advanced II to drive an M3, but that was booked out. Hoping they will make the M3 available on the day somehow to make up for the disappointing end to this programme - I can only wish.
