Recommended shop for rim repair
My rims got curbed slightly yesterday and it's bothering me. Just a very light scruff mark and at very slow speeds, about 2 inch long. Not very deep.
Anyone can reccommend me a shop that does this which doesnt cost an arm and a leg? Thank you |

Unless if your wheels are powder coated and showing a diff colour now, I wouldn't bother. Give it a couple of days for the flakes to come off and it'll look a lot less noticeable. Not really worth spending a hundred dollars (or likely more) to fix up a light scruff, IMO. And chances are, you are likely to curb the rim again in the future.
I curbed my rims late last year but opted to not fix it. Ended up curbing the exact same spot 2 more times throughout this year.

I agree with what xXSupa especially since you said it's shallow and less than 2". If you want to fix it anyways I've heard a lot of satisfied people with Panther Precision in Surrey and also NuBrite.
I hope it works out for you! |

You can get the sandpaper, bondo (if needed), primer, and clear at CT. The trickiest part is finding either Wurth silver or einszett Silber spray. I found the einszett Silber spray on amazon a while back but not sure if it's still there. I have heard stories of people using some of the mainstream paints (eg Dupli-Color Silver wheel coating which you can also get @ CT) with good success, but IMHO the Wurth and einszett are the only two I would trust for close to 100% perfect repair for colour coat unless you want to spray the whole wheel. |

Union Rim Repair. I got 2 of my 19" bent rims fixed there the other day. Pricing was very reasonable, and they did an excellent job. Their site has a pricing page also, but give them a call. John was the one that helped me. Good luck.
-- EDIT -- just realized you're in BC, lol, nm then. |

I used Precision Rim repair in Toronto and they did a pretty good job refinishing and fixing my rim that got curb rashed.
