By internally going with the engine, are you referring to possibly overheating cycle or other?
Any suggestions what I would need to do to diagnose this further? I do have INPA loaded on a old laptop I can use if required. |

If you are absolutely certain that cap is ok but coolant is constantly being pushed out is because probably coolant is boiling which is usually caused by either defective coolant pump or head gasket.
