Misfires on all cylinders??

I've had persistent 0029E1 Mixture Control 2 and 0029E0 Mixture Control codes for about 2 years now. Went into limp mode a couple times but other than that, no drivability issues. My indy diagnosed it as a LPFP, but said to keep driving it until it failed since it's a $1200 job. I got the LPFP to do it myself via the backseat access panel in case it ever fails, but so far so good.

A couple weeks ago I got: Misfiring, Cylinder 6 0029D2 and since my spark plugs were at 48k miles I went ahead and changed all plugs and coils and it ran fine afterwards. I took it to my indy earlier this week for a wheel bearing and everything looked good until...

This morning I got:
  • Mixture Control 0029E0
    Ignition, Cylinder 4 002E1B
    Misfiring, Cylinder 4 0029D0
    Misfiring, Cylinder 5 0029D1
    Misfiring, Cylinder 6 0029D2
    Misfiring, several cylinders 0029CC
    Misfiring, Cylinder 3 0029CF
    Misfiring, Cylinder 2 0029CE

Injectors were replaced in early 2015 at 64k miles and I'm at 110k miles now.

Any ideas?

After work I'm going to "re-do" everything and see if that fixes it. Perhaps I over-torqued them

Update: I removed/reseated the coils after work and all seems to be working

yeah I was going to say if you over-torqued them they'd probably break off in the head. Most likely the coils or the plugs on the coils weren't seated fully.
