330i H&R Sport kit help needed

Hey all, installed H&R sport kit (spring and Dampers) on my N53 330i.

I've done 300 miles on the front struts and more on the rear shocks. Something is clearly wrong with the fronts, they're riding way too high (2 fingers can slot into the gap)). Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I haven't been able to use a torque wrench on the compression nut yet, but surely this isn't enough of a reason for it to be riding this high?

Also the rear almost looks too low? I cant fit my fingers into the wheel arch at all. What could cause this, faulty shocks/springs or is it right?

if your parked on a curb it will look like that anyway on the rear. have you checked on flat ground, like a supermarket carpark or something?

also, there is a Powerflex insert to equalise the rear out, as it naturally sits lower on one side than the other.

if you check my insta (same as my username here), i run H&R lowering kit, 30r/50f, and Bilstein shocks, which is basically the H&R sport kit anyway.

my front run a little tighter to the arches also than what you have here.

specifically which engine do you have, and which kit did you buy, as there are some variants form H&R if its a 335d vs everything else. (if you have the 335d springs it would sit higher at the front), check the exact spring number you have on the car now.

the ''cup kit'' sets, as they call them numbers are. The underlined are the spring numbers.

40187-1 (non 335d) front is 20mm (29187VA1), rear is 35mm (29187HA1)
40187-5 (335d) 40mm front (29187VA3), 20mm rear (29187HA1)

there's also 2 more kits that are designed for certain markets, where extra load was expected. (think a police car, with all the extra shit they carry, that they want to fit lowering kit too, stock e90 & e92's are abit boaty so it would make sense,)

these kits fit both.

40183-1 & 40183-2
