n54 intake manifold leak

chasing a small boost and ft issue on 1 bank only, all 3 cylinders. is the intake somewhat known to crack or split at the seams?

All of the plastic components are subject to cracking and failing.

Oil vapor gets on them and they get brittle. charge pipe is a common culprit.

Happens , usually at higher boost levels, upgrade it with a BMS or BMP one it’s metal and have port injection ports if you ever want to upgrade fueling

Unless you're running big power or dropped it a few times in the garage the odds of the actual intake manifold cracking are slim. It's pretty robust plastic compared to other plastic junk in the engine bay. The o-ring seals could be leaking on the intake or CP. Everything has to aligned, tightened correctly, metal retaining clips seated, or you will leak.
