My Pre PCD Experience

Donnie and I put one of our soap box derby cars in the delivery bay this morning. In front of the entire group, we showed him the vehicle and told everyone he was taking delivery of the first BMW hybrid.

Unfortunately we don't have a hill for him to start his trip with, so we will strap it to the back of the M5 and get him up to speed quickly!

I-Won-Today, about what time does the PCD finish and you are on your own. I am just planning my trip and wasnt sure what time we get done.

You should have received a letter stating that finish is between 3 and 4 pm.

I havent received any communication directly from the PC and only a forwarded email from my CA confirming my pick up date.

Awesome experience, awesome car, awsome personnel.....just put over 350 miles on the new baby and about to unwind fom the day. Will write up a full report and post some pics of the new ride once I get back home and remove those stinking bug guts off the front end.

Apparently, Steve is writing the Magna Carta of PCD reviews for us - or he is also making it his doctoral thesis... how long does it take to write up a "here's what I did on my summer vacation" paper for crying out loud!

Although, having heard much of the highlights of the story, I have no doubt that when he FINALLY gets around to it, it will be well worth reading.

IMO - when you do post it, you should put it in the general section. This forum doesn't get much visibility and I'm sure a lot of people will enjoy reading it.
