Hello guys,

I recently purchased an interface BMW SCANNER K+DCAN V 2.20 and gives me headaches....
I have not found such a forum on the issue and therefore we open topic

I connected the interface to the car, then through a USB cable to your laptop
a new device seen, I installed the driver "BMW Scanner E6X" after that ,seen second device BME Scanner E6X VCP (COM 17)

After installing the drivers I entered in application BMW SCANNER K + DCAN V2.20
I made sure that the computer is the same port chosen in application
I tried the "VEHICLE INFO" and he told me "Adapter error"

I tried on Windows XP
