Alpina Flash Fail! NEED HELP ASAP!

I just attempted the Alpina flash and it failed half way through. When I try to reattempt the flash, I get an error that the computer cant communicate with the ECU. What should I do now? I would really appreciate any help.

To help you we need more info. Please clarify:

1. By alpina flash do you mean the alpina transmission flash or the D3 DDE flash?

2. What software were you using?

3. What cable?

4. Power supply / charger used?

5. Please run ISTA-D (Rheingold) vehicle test and show us a screen shot of errors. If you don't have Rheingold use INPA an read fault codes.

6. What's your current battery voltage?

if it is the case that it was transmission flash and it failed due to low voltage (you flashed without proper additional power source) then the ecu will be stuck in programming mode.

try disconnecting negative from battery for 20 minutes and see if you can connect to it afterwards. if not then you will need someone with knowledge to fix it with NFS,

if its not the case, answer on Sensible_-s questions will help us to understand what is going on
