Your signals do work right?
So i found notifications for the brake force and rear tails. Also added mueb like some say and still tell me indicators are faulty even know they are brand new. The only thing that I have not done yet is swapping of the middle wires as i havent done the inner tails yet. Im just not sure if that will affect it

How do i code to get my brake lights to flash when braking Hard?

There were lot of options to test, but i did not want to take the chance.

They work just very fast.
Your LED rear turn signal lights need resistors

If they are going really fast, it's a tell-tale sign that it needs resistors. 60hm

50W 6Ohm LED Load Resistors for LED Turn Signal Lights or LED License Plate Lights (Fix Hyper Flash, Warning Cancellor) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004EDF8HY..._HSigFbPNHN0ZJ

It is a little weird that factory lights would do that. However, when you go from non-led to led turn signals & it blinks really, really fast that's because the led turn signal needs a resistor.

I wouldn't use the crappy, red connectors. Get butt connectors

Will do. What wire do i connect to? Thanks for the help. I dont mind the quick turn signal. I just want the error to go away. It keeps saying malfunction of the left and right signal

The directions will show you. You just need to figure out which wire is power going to the cluster for the turn signal. That's not hard to do really. Brown is almost always the ground wire on a BMW

They will get HOT. So, DO NOT mount them on carpet or anywhere near something that flammable. Mount them on Metal.

I didn’t have to mount resistors on mine and they worked.

Doesn’t take long, but is very annoying. The 3 day license check was fine. Not sure why it asks me every day/few hours to sign in now.

I use this. Was the cheapest one I found. Works well for $50

A question about coding, how many AHL error checks are there? I coded AHL 1&2 errors out and I’m still getting the warning on the dash.
Are you still being asked to sign in every time? I'm having to do that and it's getting super annoying as I have a small tablet (WiFi only) that I use as a monitor.

Yes I am.
I asked on the FB group and bimmergeeks said to make sure I had the latest update installed.

The tablet I use is strictly for the bmws with the protool app, mhd and a few others.
It is annoying having to connect to the phone hotspot or WiFi each time.

I'm lost in the protool menu, and I've tweaked a number of window operation related items (fob controls, window op continues with ignition off), but I still have the window up stop when I open my door.

Anyone know off the top of their head which one of all of these that is?

This usually means that bulb checks got coded back in at some point (you messed up, the PO messed up, the dealer messed up, the factory messed up) etc.

<opinion>
Resistors are never the right answer. If the car is old enough to have a separate flasher relay, replace it with one that handles LEDs correctly. If it has a BCM of some sort, code the BCM for LEDs or physically modify the BCM to disregard the under-current sensing (e.g. pre-2004 R53).

I think it’s in the frm module.
Something like “window abort when driver door opened” or “window 1 touch when driver door opened”

Hi guys,

Can anyone let me know how I can set the windows to all roll up and close on locking the car, instead of holding the lock button to close all windows?

In the cas under “comfort close” there should be a duration timer option.
I think you can change it from .05 seconds to none.
