Jump a fully DEAD battery

I have an n52 3 series. How many amps do I need for a jumper box to charge and jump my dead battery? Car last started 9 months ago. Something that autozone, walmart, or harbor freight etc. would carry? Any help is appreciated.

You're wasting your time. The battery will be fucked after being discharged for so long due to a build up of sulfation on the plates inside the battery.

Permanent Sulfation
Permanent sulfation occurs when a battery has been in a low state of charge for weeks or months. While these can sometimes be salvaged, it is highly unlikely that restoration is possible.

Just buy a new one and move on.
