DIY - Two tone front interior doors E92
DIY - Two tone front door cards E92
The two tone upgrade continues with this DIY showing how to create a custom two tone door cards. Follows on from the rear door card DIY, so please read the rear door DIY as many of the steps are repeated and are covered in less detail in the DIY http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...9#post19559299 For attaching the panels to the door cards use 8G X 13 mm screws with 3/16" washers Last edited by Socket; 01-11-2020 at 12:20 AM.. |

Why does this post have no replies?? Awesome job!
How did you reassemble everything after you bored out the screws? Epoxy? I'm thinking of doing the same with my creme beige interior. Already swapped out the dash to all-black!

I agree, first rate job, well done bud.
Do the side sill kick plates, seat bases and backs and then the isofix covers in the rear seats as well.

This post did not get enough LOVE!
I am in the process of doing this on my coupe. Black / gray. Also changing out the carpet to black. Great write up! Any idea what the "Bore" bit is called? Thanks!

I have done quite a few of these DIYs Covering lots of stuff from swapping out fenders to replacing the headliner Just open advance search and type in DIY and Socket (under user) Narrow the search by scrolling down to "DIY guides" in the "search in forum(s)" list in the lower right Otherwise you will get 5 pages of hits lol This is the next in the series covering the rear door cards, consoles, carpets etc Enjoy https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...&highlight=DIY |

Still do not know how this thread has not blown up. Great work. I chose to keep some more parts black.
