You should consider frosting the acrylic for more even light dispersion. You can either use a spray or just sand it.

Did you ever consider the "\_/" shaped rings, but simply extending the "arms/legs" so that they would be taller? That would be extremely aggressive in my opinion!
But regardless, good luck with this project! And might as well throw a clear lens in those projectors, $40 from theretrofitsource.com and you'll have a nicer cutoff line on the xenons and a better beam pattern. Money well spent, IMO. |

Not so poor...
Given the time and effort in this project, i think you probably have spend more on your car than if you were to buy a stock M3...
Just saying... but as everyone have said, Props to you for the determination and the vision! Can't wait to see the final result! It's going to be a very well put together patchwork LOL I am just amazed at the skills it takes to "under"take such a project! Keep up the good work, For sure your car will be in the Month's babes!
