Decent place. Got a free loaner, and their facility is newish & nice (recentlt remodeled). They gave me 15% off on an alarm that I bought from them and had them install. They then charged me for 3 hours of labor to install a BMW Sirius radio that I picked up elsewhere. I thought that was a huge riposs, especially since they only had to code the car once for both retrofits. I wrote a long, precise e-mail to the head guy in service telling him about it. He looked into it & wrote me back the next day. They are going to refund 220 bucks! Even more importantly, he actually listened to me and took me seriously. I will be a loyal customer.
