should i tune blow off myself?

Yesterday i installed AA bov kit and when i put the vacuum line on the bov's nipple, and started engine, the bov's opened on idle and when i floored the gas it wasn't produced proper whoosh sound? So i thought may be i need to adjust it myself?
AA owners please help?

It does not need adjusting if it's installed correctly.

You need to build boost to get a "whoosh". There is not much load at idle.

Drive the car and see how it performs.

It should be slightly open at idle.
Closed while revving.
Open fully when heavy throttle is released.
(assuming it functions like a Tial).

When in doubt AA is more then welcome to offer troubleshooting and customer service/support for their products.

Garage List
My AA BOV would be partially open on warm up and idle too, and as Jeff mentioned you won't hear a whoosh if you rev it while in neutral.
