Updating CIC from C16 to C1A

It's been weeks I am trying to enable greyed out navigation. Its a stock CIC but somehow it got disabled by itself a year ago. Sig and Fscs certs are showing errors on Fstool and Dr. Gini. I tried the patching procedures as mentioned in other threads but couldn't make it work due to C16 version. I am using kdcan and do not have icom.
Can I update CIC to C1A with kdcan the specific module? Sorry I am mentally exhausted trying to enable the navigation option and searching/reading for weeks. Also that I am new to coding.
Can someone put me in the right direction with step by step procedures? What files do I need, which programs, and how to?

You need icom to update CIC, it'll fail with kdcan

Oh ok. I will not take any risk with kdcan then. Is there an easy to understand step-by-step guide to do it? I think spdatenv41 is required for c1a.

Sorry but if cic is stock what you are doing has no point. Patch is to delete old fsc of donor vin. In your case you need to load fsc repair pack

Thanks. I was mistaken that it was c08. It's c16 as per cic so the patcher didn't work. How do I get FSC repair pack?
Attached are the pics that I got from NCS, ISTA, Gini, and from CIC Mafia. Looks like CID module has errors. When in ISTA I saw an option to clear the errors on CID. I didn't want to mess it up unless I am 100% sure what I am doing and that I was using kdcan.
I hope I didn't mess the things up by running that usb fsc patcher on a stock unit.

Apparently you can use ENET on a LCI car to flash a CIC instead of MOST.

How can I find if it's a LCI car?
As per ISTA issue is in CID module. Do I still have to flash CIC? (sorry, I am still in learning mode.)

I would not recommend using the Ethernet to update the cic, it will take over 24 hours just to do 63.

Icom with MOST interface is the only really option.

You can use INPA to clear the cid errors.

once you have flashed the cic to c1a you can then run the patch (to clear the FSC), then upload the new FSC via dr gini or fstool.

I can make you a FSC pack FOC, I'll just need your vin.
