Thumbs down MForce Design

In a nutshell......
MForce is a lousy vendor......

I ordered a product of theirs (through JBSpeed) said to arrive at my house in 5 days......

Well..... it's been over 5 weeks and they still refuse to provide even the product tracking number to me.

Emails and phone calls to MForce's supplier, Pat, all go unaswered.

Don't know how this will turn out for me, but I'm trying to be patient.
Either way.... very unproffesional.

Between this thread and the other one that got closed/deleted - it looks to be about time the admins got involved and had a talk with this vendor.

Terrible vendor, false promises, no updates on their M3 side skirts and they wont refund my damn money. I'm giving it til friday b4 the chargeback hits them for fraud. Taking money from people without shipping a product when promised constitutes fraud in my book. Excuses, excuses Fcuk that

I'd like to add that MForce has PM'd me.....

the thing is ....
I'm not sure what happened with the M3 side skirts, but I'd be interested to find out....

also, I did order through JBSpeed, and they were the ones who told me the order would be in 5 days..... so MForce did not lie to me

Both JBSpeed and MForce design worked in a vendor to vendor partnership to get me the product I ordered.

Either one of them can point their fingers at the other until they're blue in the face, but

JBSpeed lied to me claiming 5 days, and because I wanted the product fast I sent them my money.

JBSpeed blamed MForce and insisted I contact MForce, but that's poor customer service. I shouldn't have to call anyone, it's not my responsibility to contact JBSpeed's supplier when they are the one I paid for a product and a service.

Nonetheless, I tried to contact MForce directly (unless the phone #'s/email that JBSpeed gave me were false), but they never replied. Which is a bunch of bull.

Even though the whole point of going through JBSpeed was to get what I wanted in 5 days, I am an understanding person.
I was willing to be patient, because everyone makes mistakes.

The time delay was a huge disappointment.
The reason I'm upset and entirely dissatisfied with both JBSpeed and MForce is because I was lied to and given the run around when all I really wanted to know is what is "REALLY" going on.

I got finally got my product today....... whoopdy doo

and I'm sure that they could have just told me that it was really a 5-6 week shipment instead of a 5 day shipment.

Fitment is aweful on MForce splitter, and they don't even bold on properly unless I want to drill up my bumper!!

Pain in the butt, waste of time, money, ect....

Hi there:
I don't remember selling you our splitter. If you did purchase from me, please pm me your paypal ID and I will look up the transaction history.
We have sold hundreds of OEM style splitter without ANY fitment issue. If you can prove you get it from us, and show it's of poor fitment, we will send you a replacement.

Are you sure they are from M-Force Design?

I got their splitters on my E90 and they fit perfectly. The paint is top quality and they installed easily. I just used the existing screws.

I bought both CF splitters and painted splitters on my E90. Top notch quality.

I'm sure there MForce design splitter, and I will post pictures....

In regards to frank@mforce...
no frank, you were not the one who sold me the splitters

but nonetheless, MForce was the supplier of the splitters i bought.

i know that I was supposed to be able to just use the existing screws, but the screw holes on the bumper do no line up correctly.

both are held on by 3m tape only....

cuz the screws don't line up right no matter how I try to get them to....

Yah, I don't care who, but they need to fix this.....

I bought a product with an 100% customer service and quality quarantee.
They told me I'd get it in 5 days.....

I got it nearly 6 weeks later, the customer service was not good, and the product quality was not good.

JBSpeed or MForce....... I don't care who...

Obviously it's a little late for the 5 day delivery or great customer service, but can I at least get the damn product that I ordered????

Frank@MForce:
I don't care if I bought these directly through you. You and I both know that the MForce distributor is to blame for this. So if you don't want to help, than just stay silent and leave it to JBSpeed to see what they do....

JBSpeed:
I posted the pics you wanted to see (cuz apparently when I told you that they didn't fit my word wasn't good enough for you - when it was, in truth, your word that's been bogus thus far). So let's resolve this issue pronto!
It's not neccesary to yank my chain any longer. Give me what I ordered please!

I know. The problem is vendor didn't check if we have in stock and just took orders. It really fucked up our paint processing time and plan so we need to stop providing paint products to vnedor. No worry, I will take care of you.

JBSPEED is all about getting the money in hand. My only dealing with him was poor at best having received damaged items AND wrong fitment items. I was comped $50 for the damage and sent out proper fitment on the other parts.

The problem is some of "these" vendors don't bother to check availability of the items they're selling as a third party before securing payment from the customer.

One more reason I will never again deal with a third party vendor and will go directly to the source for whatever part I want.

Yep....
from the sounds of it, MForce sounds to me like there going to take care of the problem for me.....

doesn't excuse the negative experience I had with JB, but at least they are making sure their product quality is guaranteed.

we shall see...
