I have two iPhone 4's for sale. a 16 gig and a 32 gig. 350 for 16 and 450 for 32 firm

What's 3.8 imply? Does that mean the baseband has never been updated? If that's the case, I have such a iPhone 4 32G black that I'm not going to use any longer...
EDIT.. mine is running 4.3.3 (8J2) with a modem firmware of 01.59.00.. it's baseband has never been updated since I got it over a year ago. It's always been upgraded after making a custom ipsw with Pwnagetool.
