Does anyone have a suggestion or know of how to remove the \"warning\" on both sun-visors. Or, where to buy new ones minus the warning

Rubbing alcohol on a cloth. It will rub right off.

That's what worked well for me with both the cloth ones and also with the plastic ones. It was a lot easier on the cloth ones because the glue seemed o melt off the cloth easier.

There's also a good DIY in the DYI section here with a lot of tips.
