side mirror

The side mirror positions can be memorised in the seat memory buttons previously, but recently the side mirror occasionally turns into weird angle, like pointing up to the sky

Tired to press and hold the seat memory buttons to turn it back to the right position but it doesn't work.

I have got both Carly & NCS Expert, may I ask how can I save the side mirror positions in the seat memory buttons?

*The side mirror works well, it still turns down in reverse, so I think there isn't anything being faulty with the side mirrors.

Have you put dielectric grease?
I wonder why the TSB that Wilsjay posted saying dielectric grease is needed.
I thought dielectric grease will interfere the electrical signals passing through the connector?
